Camellia Sinensis, or tea, is a liquid made from leaving leaves of the plant in water. This steeping process leaves the chemicals from the tea leaf in the water. The process has both been known to have numerous health benefits and be extremely delicious.

My favorite tea would have to be gyokuro! Grown in Japan under shade, gyokuro has a unique sweet, tart, and zenful taste. In fact, I recommend this tea as one of the best to get tea drunk with! Fufufufu! It's incredibly good for you because of its antioxidants and large amount of L-theanine. I hope you try gyokuro soon!
