Blueprints in Blender
My son's Eagle Scout project is to build a metal calisthenics station in a park nearby. He made a 3D model using Blender to help with his proposal.

I used his model to create a blueprint for the person who will dig the holes.

There are a bunch of display settings in Blender in the menus on the top-right that I use to turn off the grid, axes, origins, 3D cursors, etc. I also change the background color to white so that it's printable.
The MeasureIt Blender add-on makes it possible to see the measurements when printed.
We're currently using the 3D model to help with construction of the calisthenics station. We have Blender up on a computer in the shop and use the standard measure tool to get measurements.
